Retail Concept

Sabi

Shop Sabi Logo

Sabi is a space where objects are chosen for a reason. For how they embody imperfection, time, and intention. Rooted in Japanese philosophy, the store brings together books, garments, tools for leisure, and time capsules.

Everything exists because it resonates with a specific vision of interplay between darkness and warmth, the high and the low, the worn and the enduring. It's not about curation for its own sake, but about creating a collection that honors the philosophy of wabi-sabi — finding beauty in transience and imperfection.

The project represents a different kind of systems thinking: how to build a retail experience that values depth over breadth, quality over quantity, and objects that improve with age rather than diminish. Currently in development, with a planned launch in Spring 2025. Here's the atmosphere.
