Sato Solutions is a one-person software studio run by Anthony Intraversato out of Portland, OR (more about me at anthonyintraversato.com). I build custom internal tools — the application a business needs but can't buy, because no product on the market matches how it actually works.

I've been the operator

This isn't software written from a spec by someone who's never run the process. It comes from years working inside a multi-channel retail business — the kind that lists the same stock across StockX, GOAT, eBay, TikTok, SHEIN, and its own Shopify store, and lives or dies on inventory turns and per-channel margin. Every tool on this site started as a real problem in that business: stock aging into markdowns, prices left flat while demand moved, profit leaking to whichever channel took the biggest cut. I know what it's like to need the tool and not be able to buy it.

How I work

It starts with the work, not the tech. I want to see the spreadsheet, the workaround, the thing someone checks every morning — because that's where the tool is hiding. Then I build it: a real application shaped to that process, running on your data, that keeps working when the process changes. No dashboards for the sake of dashboards — every number should point at an action. And the demos on this site are e-commerce because that's my background, not a limit: the same work applies to scheduling, job costing, field reporting, or whatever your business runs on. If a tool won't earn its keep, I'll tell you that too.

Fast, because I've locked the workflow in

The first builds were slow — not the code, but the plumbing around it: repos, hosting, databases, platform APIs, auth. That's paid for now. The reorder planner came together quickly; the multi-channel P&L took weeks, because eight marketplaces each export a different mess. Every tool since has been quicker than the one before it, and the part that takes the longest isn't writing software — it's working out exactly what the rule should be. Get that right and the build is the easy half.
